Alaska: The Great American Cruise

 

Join me for a one hour special, Alaska: The Great American Cruise! We'll explore Seattle, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Ketchikan & Victoria onboard the Norwegian Bliss!

Our flight to Seattle marked the beginning of a weeklong voyage that will go down in memory as one of the greatest travel experiences of my life. After spending a day exploring some of the most famous sights in Seattle, along with our friends Ben and Emily, we boarded the Norwegian Bliss for a 7-night cruise along Alaska’s southeast coast. From Seattle, we first made our way to Juneau, Alaska’s capital, where we rode bikes past mountains and got up close and personal with Alaska’s most accessible glacier, the Mendenhall Glacier. From Juneau, we made our way to Skagway, where we enjoyed a journey on the White Pass Railway before embarking on an epic 7-mile mountain hike. We then spent an entire day cruising Glacier Bay National Park, which offers some of the most spectacular glacier viewing in the world. Our last two stops included a day in Ketchikan, a port with small-town charm and lots of native history, where we explored via sea kayak, and finally we spent a small amount of time in Victoria, BC, before making our way back to Seattle,
