Egyptian Museum, Cairo | Exploring the Original Egyptian Museum!
Before the Grand Egyptian Museum opened, the original Egyptian Museum opened in Cairo in 1902. It's housed in a beautiful salmon pink building right in the heart of Tahrir Square. As of now, it still houses some fantastic artifacts, like Narmer's Palette, statues of Djoser, Khufu and Khafre, and so mush more!
